I saw my ex BF in court today and he has gained 20 pounds. I suspected hiv, can u gain weight with hiv? how?
I suspected hiv when we were together and he refused to test. so he broke up with me and eft me for a mexican woman. he had a purple round lesion on his leg half the size of a dime or smaller and a purple blotchy skin graph above it. He got sick right befor he left me for no reason, vomiting excessive diarehha. @ yrs prior i saw a rash on his body he asid it was from heat due to working in a factory. Subsequently, he had flu like symptoms in July. I am trying to get an order of protection becuase he has been stalking me the lst 2 months for some unknown reason.( ie he has a GF???)
This girl will ie in court for him and commit perjury stating he was with her during the stalking. now i wont get my orer of protection. and he will use the system against me, and get an Order of protection on me, which means i now have to leave the state because he said he will lie and have me arrested and say im around him even when i am not… anyways should i tell the court i suspect he as aids and we never had sex due to him refusing an aids test-i was just wondering if it is even relevant in an order of protection or my case. I dont know even if he as aids since he never took a test to confirm it. but i never had sex with him. BUT HE HAS GAINED WRIGHT AND IT COULD BE FROM EATING MEXICAN FOOD. IM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO? WHAT DO YOU THINK? YOUR ADVICE IS APPRECIATED…

I didn’t read it…it’s too long.
All I’m gonna tell you is that HIV does NOT make you gain weight…
In fact it does the exact opposite!! You can lose alot of weight from aids or hiv.

Oh Good God!!!
If you didn’t have sex with him and you tested negative for HIV, why would you CARE? It’s absolutely irrelevant to any court proceding and there is no point in bringing it out.
Frankly, I’d move far away just to get away from him.
